WIP--Conversion of Devel

Hey,
  I'm sorry that I was unable to make the last two meetings via irc.  Other
commitments at this end made me unable to attend.  (Such as writing
"drafts" of various "processes" that Web Spinners needed to have done--not
to mention some very long, boring meetings.)

  I did take a look at the irc logs however, so I have some idea what you
discussed.  By the way, my last name is Viron, for those of you who were
wondering.

  I do not know which developers I would like to work with--probably those
with at least a 2 or 3 on HTML, at least 5-6 hours a week, and no php
experience (at least for the moment).

  For the IRC logs, I'll probably put the menu bar around them, and then
leave them as pre-formatted text.

  Working on converting dbdoc.html (not finished yet--probably
tommorrow)--the new version is located at
https://wsdo.sao.uwf.edu:444/dbdoc.html .

  Once I finish converting everything, I'll probably go ahead and do a
commit--before I do that, would someone check to make sure that I have all
the variables set right--it seems to me that a few times cvs has locked on
me because I hadn't done a cvs login via my login scripts...
