DB Structure

I've poured a ton of work into the DB's over the weekend hoping to have them up by
Sunday evening.  I'm going to have to move that back a day or two.  

Keep coding though.  The changes primarily effect my own stuff and the search
engine, with minimal impact on even that.  I'm hoping to instead have this stuff up
by Monday evening, including the LBF tables.  I may temproarily break the drill
down, but if so, it will be fixed by Tuesday.  

I think the changes will greatly improve the system in many aspects.
