Reality??  Reality is so boring.  Why would anyone want to live in
reality?   :-)

Anyways, I don't think that natural language processors work very well
with computer terms/acronymns/problems.  Computer-geek-speak != English.  
Finding an online flowershop is a very different type of question than how
to install BIND 8.1.2.

Also, in terms of "power" which gives the user more control over the
search?  Maybe it's just me, but a boolean keyword search would provide
more control over the types of results.

Anyways, I didn't mean to start this discussion now... it's pretty
academic at this point since we don't even have what we have running yet.

Back to your normal programming...
