I was going through our web logs for www, happy to say quite a few hits
(mostly people using the mirrors).  A number of people though are hitting
/index.html which right now only says we're not yet ready to show what
we're up to.

I'd like to put something up there.  Specifically:

developers.html
signup.php3
license.html
attribution.html
about.html

once they're ready, and a new index.html that points to all of them.

Also, I posted the lic to the list, still waiting to hear from someone.
