Well,

I have been unable to find any NOD lic information... but I have read our custom
lic and the OPL in there entirity about 3 times each...

They are both good lics... and my mind hasn't changed too much from the other
night.  I recognize the hard work that went into the cutom lic on Aaron's part.
It's similar to the NOD vs. OPL.  Aaron's lic is better... the OPL will provide
better political credibility.

I would like to wait until we get some sort of response back from the group...
hopefully sometime today before I state my further opinions.
