Well he used to have only a "Copywrite 1999 by Cheek.com" statement.  Now
he doesn't have even that, or it's so buried that I can't find it after 10
minutes of searching.  However, copywrite law is such that he doesn't even
need that statement.

The wierd thing about this is of course that none of the content is his.
(He's actually started to write a few articles, but they're not on the
CD).  So, copywrite law starts doing funny things at that point.

Basically, the way I understand it is that we can't steal his index pages,
but we can steal the content depending on how the orginal license was
written.  We shouldn't need to contact the orginal authors in most cases.
