Dealing with people

Before we go about answering people, we need to decide:

1)  Do we want this person
2)  Who will email that person back

#2 is pretty easy, the person in charge of the project the new person will
work on.  

#1 is going to be more complicated.  Probably just email ourselves until
we decide yes/no, but this will take a while.
