Already happens Mike.  My understanding is that when a person submits a
form, the section leaders get an email if he/she selected their section.
I don't think it's a good idea to spam the whole list, because hopefully
we'll get a lot of requests and we don't all need to see them.

Which reminds me- Jason, you need to fix Mike's email address in the
script.  It bounces.
