OK, I found the info about the password function in the MySQL doc's.  It
looks like I can hack the mod_perl modules to use MySQL's password
function, so that's what I'm going to try first.  I'm about this -> <-
close to getting it working.  Should have a working environment by
tomorrow night.

Anyways, in the interum, I've kinda &@#%!$ up the security permissions for
the dev virtual host in Apache.  Please don't go in and try to "fix" it
(I've got a lock on the httpd.conf file).  If you haven't sent me a
user/password to put in the global htpasswd file, you can use:

user: admin
pass: M1cr0Suck5

to access the dev virtualhost.  Later....
