I've been looking at the PHP code for signup.php3.  Pretty cool API.
Cleaner than Perl/DBI at first glance and from what I know (which isn't
saying much).

Point is, I think we sould plan on coding all the submission forms in
PHP3.  More people seem to know it anyways.

In the mean time, I can work on the DB -> static page script that runs via
cron.  This on the other hand would be an excellent use for Perl.
