Image link suggestion

A thing that I keep forgetting to say, is that I think all images should
be in the form of:

<IMG SRC="image.linuxkb.org/xxxx">

This way, if we ever wish to use a non-PHP, non-mod_perl server (ie,
smaller memory footprint) to serve images from we can without changing a
line of code.  Also if we ever need to move serving images off the box,
all we have to do is change DNS rather than every link on the site.
