Apache upgraded

Both http and https servers now run Apache 1.3.6.

For info. If you find something doesn't work anymore, let me know and
I'll revert the http server to 1.3.4 and the admin server back to http.
BTW, for the curious, SSL support adds about 1MB/server instance.
