- create an email address called: submit@linuxkb.org
- Add a field to the User table: Edit Own Emails
- process the emails via procmail:
	- filter out spam
	- pipe remaining emails into a script which will:

- Determine who sent the email.  
- If user is in the User's table and Edit Own Emails is turned on, then
deliver to that user's "inbox".  This can be an actual inbox or a table in
the DB.  Else deliver to the "General Delivery" mailbox.
- Have a job in CmdSchedule notify maintainers@linuxkb.org when new emails
arrive in the GD mailbox.
- Provide forms which allow people to choose an email from the inbox, and
modify/submit it.

I really think a lot of the editing would go much faster for people if we
had a way of them to upload content that they write on their own computer.
The web based formatting is rather weak IMHO.  For these emails it would
be cool if they could press a button and download the email, edit it, then
upload it back to the server... maybe use RCS for internal tracking of
changes. 

- Once submitted, it goes through the same process of any other document.
