Has been added as main/lib which is now moved to 
/home/http/prepub/dev/lib

This gives us the possibility of adding other things than perl to the lib dir,
and made the scripts much cleaner.

Please note the main/perl/lib directory has been anihillated, CVS may complain
until you do a release -d or rm -rf main/perl/lib.
