I get all sorts of problems related to this.  Like I cannot get the 128 bit
encryption version of Netscape, for example.  I think they must have something
configured wrong.

That is quite odd.  Sometimes I open multiple connections to our server when I
am doing work, depending on how often it was happening, that could be it.
