	I doubt it will be an issue, aren't we using a proxy server like
cachedot?  And anyways, zend is on the way, will be here soon.  If the
includes are an issue, we can always put the code directly inside the
pages.  Another thing I am concerned about is that we haven't even done an
performance testing with mod_perl vs php, so there is a huge unknown
there.
