LDP mirror up

It only took the LDP maintainer about a bazillon years (slight
exageration) to get back to me about the user/passwd to mirror the LDP.
I'm happy to say now though, that we're an offical mirror.  We're also
mirroring the Linux Gazzete.  If anyone knows of any other good doc sites
we should mirror let me know.
