Well I could use the add article forms working.  Looks like the guy who
was going to take over the RHLUFAQ bailed on me, so I'm going to move all
the content into the LKB.  This will also get me the content I need to
finish the work on the search scripts.  Fixing the advanced.php3 form PHP
is pretty important too.  I looked at the PHP docs, but couldn't figure it
out.

Oh, the drill down needs to work for the search stuff too.  

Anyways, in the mean time, I'm going to work on the LBF and other static
files.
