Re: Requirments for vote-tally script (Ammendment)

Ok, I read this, and re-read the PS doc.  And now I'm confused.  Just what
does this php script do?  Am I just supposed to call enact_vote.php3 via
cmdschedule.pl with the voteID's and it does the rest, or do I have to do
SQL queries like the PS doc talks about?
