VoteTally Script, Forgot something

One thing that wasn't clear from our conversations was should votetally.pl
accept multiple voteID's or will votetally.pl be called for each voteID
individually.

It currently doesn't support multiple ID's, but that doesn't seem to me to
be a problem since it isn't likely that a large number of votes to be
tallied at the same time.

Let me know if I need to add this feature- it's really not a big deal.
