OODS Doc updated

Hi, I've uploades an updated version of the OODS doc to:

You'll want to re-read the "Features of OODS" section as I've changed a
lot of wording there - primarily in referance to "Object Definition".
I've renamed "Object Definition", after much thinking, to "Object Class
Definition".  Since a single object can contain multipe "definitions", the
"class" made more sense since "Object Definition" seemed to incline that
it was a one-to-one relationship.

I also added an "Extending OODS" section that talks briefly about various
ways in which OODS will be extended.  

I feel after another section or two (mid-week) we should discuss what is
in this document before we go into much more detail.  

What are everyone's feelings on aiming for a Wed/Thu meeting on IRC,
taking into account that Monday is a holliday?
