No.  All documents servered to requestors will be static, that is correct.  But we
have several back-end processes in mind that will be polling that DB... the DB will
be quite active.  Some of these ideas were not brought up in the initial meeting.
We will need to hit on these.  As far as table complexity... the tables I have
drafted as of now are fairly complex... depends on what you call complex... but I
imagine te final draft (as of go live) will be somewhat different and probably more
complex onc we get all us DB guys hashing around ideas.

I don't want back-end processes to slow down document serving.

Disk space isn't a major issue.  dual 9GB drives mirrored would prolly be enough,
but we could do 3 9's raid5 for not much more to provide 18GB plus allow for easier
expansion on storage capaity.  18 would probably be a little more comfortable
through the next year.
