DB Updates, Descriptions posted, Updated URL's

OK guys,

	The descriptions for the tables, etc. have been posted.  Please do
NOT goto www.linuxkb.org/devel any more.  I'm going to take that directory
down.  For development links that I'll continue posting through CVS is at
http://pre-www.linuxkb.org/devel

	The root dir for pre-www.linuxkb.org is populated from the linuxkb
CVS tree once per hour.

	If ya want to jump right to the DB updates here's the URL:

	I updated all tables with additional common fields, placed
comments where I felt them needed, and posted a new table PCIDRef, along
with some QA and other table swe hadn't talked about or discussed, so
please take a gander and give me feedback.  I'm going to follow this mail
up with one comprising a list of to-do's as I see it, then we'll take any
other opinions on that list and then we can go to town.
