CVS changes/status update

By popular demand, I've done a web interface for webupdate (the script you
must run after a cvs commit to publish your code to the web server).  

https://admin.linuxkb.org/webupdate.html

Let me know if you can't figure out how to use it. :-)

Don't be too surprised if the system takes a little while to get back with
the full output as all the output from the script is cached before being
sent to the browser.

Daniel:  The script is running as cvsadm.  I assume this isn't a problem
for CVS.  Security shouldn't be an issue since all values are hardcoded
for the CGI.  If for whatever reason you want this changed, let me know.

As always, if you can think of any system tool/app that might be useful
let me know and I'll see what I can do.
