RH upgrade warning & developer box info

two things:

1)  I've written a shell script which will compile all 17 perl modules for
the KB and uploaded the tarballs in a central place for everyone.

2)  If you ever upgrade perl (like when upgrading to RH 6.1) you will have
to recompile all the perl modules *and* modperl/apache.  All the modules
will be deleted and modperl staticly links the library paths which change
with each new version of perl.
