Well.....  things have been a mess lately.  Was going to get to the
other usertools programs (besides signup.php3) last week, but...

1.  Wedding to plan for and go to (not my own, unfortunately)
2.  Work has been intense recently... HUGE project that I want to plow
through... and it's getting a bit tedious.  Writing PHP code that mostly
does form handling and table editing can get quite boring....
3.  Railroad Tycoon II just arrived a couple weeks ago.  :-)  Don't
worry, I'm not an extreme game addict, and I'm already getting over it. 
It *is* a great game though.

#1 won't be a hindrance anymore, and #3 will be minimal.  #2 will still
take energy out of me for the forseeable future, but I *do* plan to work
on this stuff this week, starting tonight.
