Devel Status Report

Sorry that I'm a little late reporting on status--but a lot of stuff has
come up to decrease the amount of time I have to spend on
anything--especially now that the annual budget is due, and other reports
have to be filed...

Anyways, work on devel continues at the usual slow pace....unfortunately
because of everything that's come up recently, I haven't had the chance to
work on switching devel over to the new template or to send out an e-mail
asking for new developers.  I hope to post a draft copy of that to the
list sometime this afternoon or possibly tommorrow.
