I started noticing that I'm creating files that only I can edit, which
isn't very useful, so I've done a recursive chgrp in /home/linuxkb/ and
allowed the group to r/w the files. 

Currently I'm the only person who knows the password for linuxkb on cran.
Since I don't know if anyone uses PGP other than me (which is the prefered
means of sending passwords) , I'll send the password in another email.

Also, does anyone know a way so that a search engine will not index *part*
of a file?  I remember seeing it once, but can't seem to find it in any of
my notes anywhere.

I'm also trying to find a good way to do a web based CVS devel.  Otherwise
it's going to be a kluge trying to check things out, download them, edit,
upload, and check them back in.  Of course if you know of something, let
me know.
