This is something that we at Vicinity are trying to figure out with our
databases when we open our 2nd and 3rd Internet datacenters.  It's not
easy to do right.  That's a big reason why I'm trying to push to get as
good as a system we can for NaviSite.  Then we can use SEUL for a
developers mail list, mail archives, etc.  At least that's what I'm
thinking... comments?

Anyways, I've got an archive of the Linux KB list at my ISP... hopefully
in the next few days I can move it over to cran and setup MHonArc.
