Me (not necessarily in this order):

1) Sleeping
2) Getting drunk on Boubon street.  Watching other drunks take off various
pieces of clothing for strings of plastic beads which can be bought for 50
cents.
3) Learning a lot about security stuff.  Especially intrusion detection.
Very cool.
4) Eating really good food.
5) Listening to great Jazz and Blues.
