Search engine improvements

Whelp, Marc and I have been doing a lot with the search engine lately...

The first thing that everyone will probably notice is that the search
results pages now have a correctly functioning header and footer.  So
please take a look at the pages, run a few searches.  I recommend:

project
broken
within

Please give me some feedback on the look/feel/usability etc.  Jason- we're
getting to the point where we need to figure out the Application search
feature.  

Marc- I applied your patches to the search engine, and it seems to have a
unexpected result: any dynamically generated page is not returned in a
search.  Example:

http://dev.linuxkb.org:81/kb/doc/render.php3?op=1.3.5.7&oid=7&type=6&as=6.2.4.3

is a document with the word "broken" in it, but when you do a search on
the word "broken" you won't get a hit.  If you want Marc, I'll get you an
account on Vodka so you can hack, compile, and test at will.

Anyways, I'm still having to recode a lot of the drill down code to make
it compatible with Jason's new and improved URL structure.  Hopefully I'll
have it working again in a week or so.

Marcello, any ideas for a replacement for the stock htdig star icon for
rating matches?  A penguin head or something?  I dunno, whatever you think
would look good.

Well I'd write more but I've got to jam... we should probably have an IRC
session soon (Jason when do you get back???).
