Well I got the SSL server working again.  I probably didn't have to
recompile everything, but at least the https server is running the most
recent versions of Apache, mod_perl, mod_ssl, OpenSSL, and php (all of
which were out of date).  Turns out that I had forgotten the password to
decrypt the ssl certificate, which was probably causing the problems.  I
remembered the correct password today (and wrote it down in a safe
place!).

Anyways, hopefully running the more recent versions of all the software
will stabilize the the server a bit.  There's been a lot of bug fixes in
the SSL code which is where I think most of the problems have been.

Anyways, I'm shutting down admin.linuxkb.org from the HTTP server, so
start using https://admin.linuxkb.org/ again.
