We, at least I, never knew that.. but the linux kernel is written and
people write bug fixes to maintain it.  You've already written the site
and we aren't clear on the code so we can't just fix things that are
broken since they aren't completed yet.  And the functionality that is
missing we can't design with out someone saying, who will design this
page.
