Hi everyone,

I have been running a mixminion node for about a week now. I have
activated the 'Publish' option in the server configuration file.
However, my server does not appear in the directory and no messages seem
to be going through it.

I can't tell if this is just a normal delay in adding new nodes or if
I'm doing something wrong.
