Hmm, my uptime-% is going down again, even though my server has been up and
running non-stop for more than 2 weeks now...

How come?

PS. Is it perhaps possible/an idea to gather these stats on more than 1
host, and calculate an average?

mixminion was tracebacking on every startup with an error.  I've got the
server back up and running.

Stats have been messed up the last week because I'm messing around with my
MTA config trying to optimize the bandwidth usage.
