I was about to release what was in CVS, but then I realized that I was
sleepy.

If nobody comes up with an *urgent* bug by tomorrow morning, about 11
EDT, I'm tagging and announcing an official 0.0.3 release.  

Please accompany requests for doc improvements with patches whenever
possible.
