No need to shun domain names

To just address one issue that was mentioned earlier: there is no need
to shun the use of domain names, for IP addresses, which will change
over time. Just include the server's public key with the domain name and
authenticate the server on the other end. This also addresses IP
spoofing and MIM attacks.

[Machines get renumbered all the time as local network topologies
change. Domains names are less likely to change over time.
Pakastelohi.cypherpunks.to had at least 4 IP addresses in the last 5
years].
