Two comments on this issue:

1.) Grove has been at	Server/MixAlgorithm='BinomialCottrellMixPool';
				Server/MixInterval='31 minutes';
				Server/MixPoolRate='50.00%';
				Server/MixPoolMinSize='200';
   for a LLLLOOONNNGGG time!

2.) You can tell who is using what mix algorithms by looking at the
	ServDesc's at <http://privacy.outel.org/minion/>
