Paper deadlines

Dear All,

The submission deadlines for IH2002 are as following:

- You must register your paper and submit the abstract 
  by 2002-05-05 23:59 GMT
- You can upload the paper until 2002-05-08 07:00 GMT

That gives us 2 days to finalize the title + abstract, 
and +-4 days to finalize the paper. 

Roger: do you want to be the lead submitted, and initiate the
process (http://research.microsoft.com/ih2002/)?
