Paper status and query

I've done all the easy revisions.  I'm going to do a few more, go off
the net at 9 or so, and come back around midnight to submit the paper.

A question about dummy messages (I've left a message on Roger's phone,
but don't know whether he'll be able to reply):  In the intro, we say
that we use "a simple dummy policy which provably improves anonymity". I
can't find anywhere where we give or refer to a proof.  Is there one? 
If not, I'm striking the "provably".
