The stats at privacy.outel.org were wrong.  That's what you get when you
try to push too much through a thin DSL pipeline.  As a result of this
problem, privacy.outel.org has been moved.  It is now on the ethernet
colo backbone of a local ISP.

The stats for both citrus mixmaster and grove mixminion nodes should be
much better from now on.
