nightfall 0.15

This is the announcement for nightfall-0.15, released today, and
available, as always, from

Changes include:
Improvements in the technical documentation (for experts), and a bugfix
for incorrect eclipse testing (the bug appears for contact systems with 
extreme mass ratios only). The allowed range for mass ratios has been
increased to 0.0001 -- 10000.
