hi,
we tried to build nightfall on a mac os x machine with gcc 4.0.1, but it
failed because "_program_invocation_name" was undefined. It appears this
was only declared as extern char* in Light.h, but never defined. Adding
it as char* in Light.c fixed it and allowed the build to proceed.
