[tor-announce] New Release: Tor VPN Beta 4 (Android)

I am pleased to report that Tor VPN Beta 4 was published on Google Play[1] last week. Thank you @dan for shepherding this release along while the team was AFK.

Tor VPN Beta 4 adds support for WebTunnel bridges to Tor VPN. This release also features an update to onionmasq, fixes several bugs and crashes, and includes other minor improvements.
