 Sometimes, especially for Tor server operators with multiple Tor
 instances, it would be handy to include a single file into different torrc
 files, to avoid touching multiple files when changing a single config
 option that is shared throughout all instances.

 A good example for such config options would be 'MyFamily' and
 'ExitPolicy'.

 Would be nice if you could provide a new config options that implements
 such a feature.
