Comment:

 I removed the last vestiges of the archaic setup instructions. Both
 packages suggested were remotely exploitable and haven't been updated in 9
 years. People should setup whatever {webserver|irc|xmpp|generic} server
 they want to set up. We shouldn't be trying to support their webserver
 configuration and providing help to do it. If they cannot setup a
 webserver, then they should find someone who can or find a hosting service
 for their content.
