 Hrmm. Another case of a single timeout (or maybe two)... Not very useful
 for diagnosing anything.

 Also looks like it was for a one hop dircon circuit, which I believe we
 recently decided to stop applying CBT timeouts to.

 Can we please try to do some real analysis on this one? I feel like we're
 all just yelling at each other without bothering to think anything
 through...
