 I would like to request the ability to launch TorBrowser directly from
 Vidalia.  My reasons are:
 1) After a crash affecting only TorBrowser, it saves time by removing the
 need to quit Vidalia, then re-launch the whole bundle and wait for a
 connection to be re-established;
 2) After manually quitting TorBrowser but not Vidalia, it saves time for
 the same reasons as in 1).
