 Problem is that pinning is simple link to executable file. Like for
 example: for Torbrowser was created link stored in
 "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick
 Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar\TorBrowser.lnk". If to open link to edit it
 show target is "C:\Users\<UserName>\Tor Browser\Browser\firefox.exe",
 without command line arguments used by "Start Tor Browser.exe" to start
 Torbrowser properly.

 Don't pin Torbrowser window, it's unsafe.
