Current code can't handle case where desktop panels non standard or
changed bars inside browser, current (-51) is kludge too that will work
for above case only because every panel is about 30 px, and result window
with 600px of inner height fits on screen. Else sizes could be non rounded
or window non fitted on screen (covered partially by bottom panel, or
something).
No way to fix this way, so no visible resizing and everything fitted and
rounded, using patches for Torbutton. The proper way is to fix code to
return correct outerHeight for every used widget, after that no kludges
for Torbutton needs.
